Lage
Probably the most famous natural harbour on the island in the southwest of Mallorca, it is characterised by its wonderful sea views and the picturesque backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains. On the one hand we find here in Port d'Andratx the still functioning fishing business and on the other hand the stylish yacht club with more than 400 berths, numerous restaurants, cafés and bars as well as various shopping possibilities.
Port Andratx, also known for its sensational sunsets in the harbour, with its international mix of residents, holiday home owners and locals, has retained its own special character with a bohemian flair over the decades. Due to the small number of beaches and hotels, the picturesque village with its unique scenery is spared from mass tourism and offers individual possibilities to enjoy life all year round. Other attractive places nearby are Sant Elm with the offshore nature conservation island Dragonera, the beautiful artists' village s'Arracco and Andratx village with the CCA cultural centre. Palma and the airport can be reached within 30min by car.
