This exceptional townhouse in El Terreno, Palma dates back to 1910 and was designed by the Mallorcan architect Gaspar Bennàzar. It was renovated in 1987 and converted into a hostel and restaurant. It has 14 rooms, various terraces, porches and several lounges. Next to the building there is a parking area for about 10 cars. El Terreno Palma de Mallorca The famous artists' quarter "El Terreno" is a district of the Balearic capital Palma de Mallorca and borders directly on the "Bosque de Bellver", a public park in which the famous castle "Castillo de Bellver" is located.
